curvaceous calligraphy
Published 2010-06-25 by Erin Pfister

The curves, curls and swirls of these tiny pieces of artwork amazes me. I am in love with getting something in the mail with stylized lettering. The patience and talent that goes into these pieces of art are very much appreciated. I am inspired to one day find the time to re-teach myself the little bit I learned in a class and create a style of my very own…
The first of these beautiful creations here are by three talented women & sisters. Primele is a creative design studio :: follow them here. Not only are they creating calligraphy projects that will make you swoon, they offer any and all design services that you could dream of. The sisters are inspired by natural elements, folk Americana, palettes of the 30’s and 40’s as well as contemporary design.

Next up is Emily Snyder, who is known as Queen Quills :: she has been painting and drawing all her life and made a natural transition into calligraphy in 2008 when her business began. You will hear nothing but praises from many industry professionals like the wonderfully talented Mr. Boddington’s Studio. Her style is like no other I have come across.

Finally, trial by cupcakes can not only address your envelopes, but also specializes in custom wedding maps that are unbelievably detailed and beautiful. Also a lover of design, art, weddings and vintage finds, be sure to follow Laura here.

Be sure to use a talented artist, such as these women, to make your wedding or party invitation extra special. People will notice, I promise!
